Meet the Owners
Kristie: Kristie Lane is one of the owners of Kol Koi Pondscapes. She started Kol Koi in 2006 after inheriting a pond by moving into a new house. She quickly learned she had a passion for ponds and koi and created a place where people could learn to maintain ponds and have fun doing it!
Richard: Richard started Pondscapes Atlanta in 2001. His company merged with Kol Koi in 2017. Richard has been keeping fish for over 28 years, and designing, building and fixing ponds for 18 years. Along the way, and in school, Richard learned a great deal about treating and diagnosing fish diseases and parasites.
Brett: Brett joined Kristie at Kol Koi in 2016. He dove right in (pun intended) and brings 20+ years of landscape experience. You will find Brett managing our store, scheduling service calls, and helping customers find just what they are looking for to help their pond!
